What we collect and why
Name, email address, and message are needed to receive and answer your inquiry; without them, the form cannot be submitted. Company and topic are optional. We use these details to reply and follow up on the conversation you start. We also record the date, language, and your acceptance of this notice. A technical key and a digest of the submission help identify retries. To limit abuse, we temporarily store protected digests of the email address and, when the platform provides it, the IP address. Do not send passwords, patient information, or detailed financial records.

Where it is processed
Your inquiry is stored in Supabase in a US region. Asistra prepares internal notices for direction@getasistra.com and afuentes@getasistra.com. Those notices are sent through Resend. The website runs on Vercel. These services host, protect, and communicate your inquiry; we do not use your message for marketing campaigns.

Retention and requests
We schedule form records for deletion once 12 months have passed since receipt. The task runs daily in batches, so deletion may be completed after that date. Digests used to limit abusive attempts are scheduled for deletion after 48 hours. You can write to direction@getasistra.com to ask about your information, correct it, or request its deletion; we will review your request and reply through that channel. If you email us directly, your message does not pass through the form or Supabase. Inbox messages and service-provider records may have different retention periods.
